BQ filibustering the House

I've just heard out that the BQ is filibustering the House of Commons. I'm not sure why, but I've heard it has something to do with the opposition days being rescheduled. Unfortunately the news outlets haven't gotten the story yet so I don't have confirmation. I'm watching CPAC now and they are currently debating a point of privilege, if you don't get CPAC and would like to watch you can do so here.

Update: It appears this is because the Liberals have refused to move the opposition days around to suit the opposition's "master plan" of having the NDP put forward their motion to have the election called in January.
